While there are copious amounts of therapeutic benefit to this fast acting, nutrient dense liquid gold; here are the top three you may want to consider.
- It’s a great tasting convenient and a supercharged way of getting dense nutrition in the cells. It’s like taking a supplement but better and with more assimilation and less work for the digestive system. Think of how much raw vegetables you would have to chew and digest when you can sip nutrients that can ultimately improve a poor appetite, nutrient deficiency’s, digestive issues and an inflamed stomach. To give you an idea, a medium glass of carrot juice (250mls) is approximately equivalent to eating a pound of carrots.
- Juices are packed with active enzymes to assist in the digestive process. Giving your liver, gut and pancreas a break from their overburdening jobs.
- Juices being alkaline can reduce the level of acidity in the blood and body which has been linked to promoting cancerous cells and tumor growth along with osteoporosis and many more ailments. A juice a day is the good way to keep the doctor away by combating the not so good habits of eating highly processed foods, caffeine, alcohol which have been known to cause inflammation.
So if you’ve been on the fence or too scared to try something green. Come check us out at the shop, say hello, tell us your story and we’ll be sure to send you on your way with the ammunition you need for vibrant health and vitality.”
